The core team of West Orion comprises:

 James Lee - Managing Director
James, a mechanical engineer by training has been in the IT field since 1985 after his national service. Starting with a trading & import/export company, he had value added the business from hardware and accessories based, to one specializing in business solutions. A2000 developed one of the earliest locally-written Windows based accounting software since 1994, and we had since branched into enterprise business solutions with the experiences gained.

His passion is in software and he provides the key visions in our product & technology platform. He works closely with industry leaders to chart the path for A2000 to be relevant and succeed in the new 21st century economies.
Margaret Lim - Executive Director
Margaret serves as the bridge that connects our sales and technical functions. Since joining the company in 2001, she had added a breath of new life in our tech support department - with a view of providing top class support services to our customers.

Margaret manages the feedback mechanism and coordinates the maintenance department function for optimal client satisfaction.

Mark Leong  - Accounts Manager
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from RMIT University, Australia. Prior to this appointment, he handled IT implementation & financial accounting for a and was in charge of training & technical support in A2000.

His primary responsibility is in business development; to manage our customer base; meeting the expectations of the varied industries they are in and to provide valuable inputs for the ongoing support & development of our products.
Sean Lim - Head of R&D
A graduate (B Sc) in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and conversant in Microsoft development technologies, Sean works very closely with James, and manages the R&D team and all functions of A2000's software development activities.

Sean's responsibility is to come up with products that provides cutting edge benefits for our clients.

Lee Chin Hwee - IT Manager
Chin Hwee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1995 and joined A2000 since 1996. With a MSCE qualification, he is the IT specialist and advises the Tech Support and R&D Dept of networking and security intricacies.

He makes frequent trips to the field and takes care of major accounts making sure their system runs optimally.

Lee Choi Mei - Tech Support Manager
Choi Mei joined A2000 since 2001 and has extensive experience implementing our ERP solutions in a wide variety of industries. She heads the Tech Support team since 2005 and is responsible for the service level our clients will expect from a software firm.

She also serve as the bridge between customer needs and the R&D Dept.
